Since 2006, the Clinical Training Center for Sexual and Reproductive Health (CTC-SRH) has developed and delivered high-quality, evidence-based clinical training and shared skill development resources to Title X service providers. We have been funded by the Office of Population Affairs at the Department of Health and Human Services since inception. Read more.
For over 19 years, our mission has remained to offer the best clinical training to the nation’s Title X workforce. We do this by offering clinically relevant and accessible training such as live and on-demand webinars, e-learning, and onsite and virtual skills training. Many of our trainings are eligible for continuing education credits (CEs).
We host the National Reproductive Health Conference, the nation’s only annual conference for Title X clinicians, which is also open to non-Title X sexual and reproductive health providers. This year’s conference will be entirely virtual and held from August 6th - 8th, 2025. We look forward to connecting with sexual and reproductive health clinicians from across the nation!
The CTC-SRH is funded by the Office of Population Affairs at the Department of Health and Human Services to deliver training and technical assistance to Title X family planning service grantees and providers. The CTC-SRH has continued to provide training and resources for Title X clinicians and the broader sexual and reproductive health provider workforce for over 19 years.

This educational webinar aims to strengthen the providers' capacity to diagnose and stage syphilis accurately. The training will provide a detailed overview of the stages of syphilis, including the criteria used for accurate staging, which is essential for effective treatment planning and follow-up care. Participants will learn about the differences between traditional and reverse screening algorithms. Additionally, the session will cover the interpretation of syphilis titers to distinguish between new and past infections. This webinar will provide the knowledge and insights needed to make confident diagnostic and treatment decisions for patients at various stages of syphilis, ultimately improving health outcomes and contributing to broader public health efforts in syphilis and congenital syphilis treatment and prevention.
