Associate Director of Operations, Ms. Colbert has over 30 years of experience in program and project management. She has been involved with the Title X-funded CTC-SRH since its inception in 2006. Her primary role is to direct and oversee day-to-day operations for the project, including contracts and negotiation, managing continuing education offerings, accounts payable and receivable, and grants management reporting.
Ms. Colbert earned her Master of Science in Management at Baker University in 1997 and her Bachelor of Science in Operations at the DeVry Institute of Technology in 1993.
